Discreet Shipping

For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. We ship using either a plain brown box, a standard issue box from our carries with a return address of "Angken Enterprises."


Shipping Prices

Standard, Expedited, Express and Express Plus charges are calculated based on your shipping address. Shipping dates are estimated from the day the order is shipped (see below for details).

All Expedited, Express and Express Plus orders received before 12 PM EST are shipped the same business day.
Standard/Ground orders are usually processed within two business days.


Domestic Shipping

Simply For Lovers offers 4 shipment options: Standard, Expedited, Express and Express Plus. Shipments will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment that will provide you with full in-transit details and an expected delivery date.


Standard

Standard orders are usually processed within 2 business days, and usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped. Standard shipping includes APOs, FPOs and PO boxes. These orders may take up to three days to process and ship from the Simply For Lovers Distribution Facility, and will be received up to 7-14 business days from the day they are shipped.
Please Note:
  • Orders to rural addresses may take one extra business day.
  • Orders to certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional one or two business days.

Express

Express orders that are received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day. For most U.S. locations, orders will arrive within 2-3 business days by 4:30 p.m. (7:00 p.m. to residential addresses).
Please Note:
  • Express orders will no longer require a signature at time of delivery on residential orders.
  • Express is not available for PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
  • Saturday delivery is not available for 2 Day shipments.


Express Plus

Express Plus orders that are received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are processed and shipped the same business day we receive them and should arrived in 1-2 business days.
Please Note:
  • Express Plus orders will no longer require a signature at time of delivery on residential orders.
  • Express Plus is not available for PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

International

Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. We encourage you to provide an email address and phone number in case problems arise. You may be held responsible for customs or other fees upon your shipment's arrival to your country.
International orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Unless there is a problem with clearing customs, international shipments will be delivered within one to two weeks of the day they are shipped, though they may actually arrive sooner.


Tracking Your Order

To find out the status of your shipment, contact the carrier directly and they will look it up using your tracking number. There are three different ways you can find your tracking number:
  • Email Confirmation
    As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at support@simplyforlovers.com and we will send you your tracking number.
  • Check Order Status Page
    You can also visit the Simply For Lovers My Account Page, where you will enter the email address and password youentered when you placed your order. If you have ordered with us more than once, you will also need to do a search for your order on the order status page.
If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. Simply For Lovers is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms deliver.


Undeliverable Orders

Undeliverable orders -- including Express and Express Plus orders that are sent to PO boxes -- will be returned to the Simply For Lovers distribution center. If you provided an e-mail or phone number when you placed your order, a customer service representative from Simply For Lovers will contact you. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address, getting a refund (if you paid with a credit card) or getting store credit (if you paid with a check, TeleCheck or money order). Refunds and store credits will be given for the product purchased and any applicable taxes, but will not include shipping charges.
Please Note: Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages.


Backordered Items

Simply For Lovers does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via express service as soon as it is available.
In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order.
If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.


Definition of a Business Day

All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example, Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Next Day orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday.
